More than just Carpets
Our style of cleaning is called Hot-Water Extraction. Commonly called "Steam Cleaning", this process produces steam but high-pressure water around 210° is what will do the heavy lifting as we clean. A strong vacuum is used to extract the hot water that contains the soiling/staining.
Carpet varies widely in what it needs to brought back to life. Our system removes physical soiling increasing longevity as abrasive particles are removed. The back of our truck has dozens of options that we use to address all types of staining.
A delicate touch is important when working with upholstery. Limiting the intensity of our cleaning process and using less aggressive chemicals keep your furniture from being damaged. Whether something only needs a refresh or it looks like you pulled it out of a swamp, our experience in this field has given us the knowhow to address all types of issues without damaging your furniture.
All tile cleaning starts with laying down a coat of a cleaner and any grout will be scrubbed vigorously. Using hot water up to 1200 PSI in an encapsulated cleaning system gives us the upper hand when addressing mildew, grease, and other stains while keeping the mess contained. Unique types of tile require small changes to the process like different cleaners, or lower PSI.
Extracting as much as possible is always our first step. Stubborn odors will require use of deodorants designed for that specific odor type. These deodorants' purpose is to truly eliminate the source by chemically changing the structure.

Cleaning a typical home will take about 2 hours. Although it is important to remember that each job is unique. With enough details, we can give an accurate estimate. Set-up time, specific types of stains, and moving furniture are a few details that can give me the insight to estimate how long a job will take.

Any products we use have been tested for safety. Nothing we use is unsafe to be around while we are working. When we are done cleaning, almost all of the products we use will be extracted into the truck and only water should be left behind.
Cash or check is preferred but we can take any type of major credit/debit cards as well.
